It is extremely rare that the printer sends out a faulty or damaged product but if it should occur we will obviously replace it for free inclusive of shipping. All you need to do is send us a photo that shows the damage.
We custom print your order and cannot accept "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered" returns. Please consult our size guide to make an informed decision before ordering.
Once an order is placed we can't change it so please take your time and select carefully.
